I, the undersigned, am aware that the risks of the dog sledding activity in which I will participate include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n

  • Injuries due to falls or other movements (sprains, strains, fractures, etc.);<\/li>\n
  • Injuries from blunt or sharp objects (branches, equipment, etc.);<\/li>\n
  • Cold or hypothermia;<\/li>\n
  • Injuries resulting from accidental or non-accidental contact between individuals;<\/li>\n
  • Food allergies;<\/li>\n
  • Bites, pinches, or other contact with the dogs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    I am aware that the activities offered by Les Aventures Liguoriennes take place in semi-natural or natural environments that may be rugged, which may require evacuation from the trails to reach a nearby road. This fact could result in delays in the event of an emergency requiring evacuation and, consequently, a possible worsening of my condition or injury.<\/p>\n

    I commit to playing an active role in managing these risks by adopting a preventive attitude toward myself and the people around me. (The guide reserves the right to exclude any person they deem to be a risk to themselves or the rest of the group. I understand that I may leave the activity for any reason.)<\/p>\n

    I agree not to consume, possess, or be under the influence of any drugs, illicit substances, or medications (whether prescribed or not) that are not mentioned in point 2) of this form.<\/p>\n

    I also confirm that I am not under the influence of alcohol \/ am below the blood alcohol limit of 80 mg per 100 ml of blood, commonly referred to as “point zero eight,” and that I will remain so for the duration of the activity.<\/p>\n

    I hereby waive any claims or lawsuits for damages to my property and belongings (normal wear and tear, loss, breakage, theft, vandalism).<\/p>\n

    I authorize Les Aventures Liguoriennes to administer any necessary first aid. I also authorize Les Aventures Liguoriennes to decide, in the event of an accident, to transport me (by ambulance, helicopter, or otherwise) to a hospital or community health facility, all at my own expense if applicable.<\/p>\n

    I am aware that any violation of these rules on my part could result in my expulsion without notice and without the possibility of a refund.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
