Here is the information we will need when you will want to make a reservation:

• The number of participants, the age and the approximate weight of each one of them. (This allows us to better organize the teams!)
• A telephone number that we can reach easily in case of bad weather on the morning of the adventure.
• A credit card number with the expiration date as a guarantee to confirm the reservation.

Although you pay on location on the day of the activity (it can be cash, debit or credit; please note that we don’t take all foreign credit cards), we take your credit card information in link with our cancellation policy, which follows:

• Up to six days before the activity: free cancellation
• 5 days: 25% of the total amount would be drawn.
• 4 days: 50% of the total amount would be drawn.
• 3 days: 75% of the total amount would be drawn.
• 2 days or less: 100% would be drawn.

There are no fees in case of a cancellation due to bad weather like rain, freezing rain or lack of snow. However, please note that we do not cancel our activities even in extreme cold. You simply need to dress up a little warmer!
